The mentorship will be focussed on providing the participants with valuable management insights and also to help them to prepare for the pitching sessions of the event. All teams shortlisted for the Semi-final round will be provided mentorship for a period of three weeks in two phases.

1. Phase 1 of the mentorship will be through telephone/email support from established social entrepreneurs and mentors from the event’s mentorship partners. Every team will be assigned a mentor depending on the sector/maturity stage of their ventures.

2. Phase 2 of the mentorship will be conducted at IIM Calcutta campus for duration of two days where each team will be mentored by IIM Calcutta faculty, Mentorship Partners and renowned Social Entrepreneurs.
